Cancellations

Our Flexible Nail Salon Policy

At Alex’s Nail Diary, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

DEPOSITS
*A deposit is required to book an appointment, this must be sent as soon as you schedule a service or your appointment request will be denied. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT*
*DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and ONLY TRANSFERABLE (1) TIME, unless I had to cancel or reschedule.

Due to a very high volume of messages received daily, we will only respond to full inquiries on instagram with a focus on existing customer service. If we have not replied to your DM, it's most likely because your question is answered in our policies section.

CONFIRMATION
A confirmation will be sent as soon as you book an appointment. Please confirm your appointment. I may reach out to unconfirmed appointments as you are holding a spot another client may be wanting to book. Please be courteous of others wanting to book. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled.

LATE POLICY
I understand things happen so there will be a (15) minute grace period.
*If you are more than (15) minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED and your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. ** If you cancel or reschedule within 24hrs, a -50% of the total service will be charged.

THERE IS NO LOOPHOLE IN THIS POLICY IF YOU TEXT ME THE DAY BEFORE THAT IS SHORT NOTICE and falls into the 24 hour window.

DIRECTIONS
Please plan accordingly to make it on time. When you arrive parking is on the street. Please head towards the building door right by the cafe. On the left hand side of the door there are two intercoms. Please utilize the top intercom labeled (Mia skin bar) and I will let you in!

NO CALL/NO SHOW
If you are a no call/no show you will be charged the full amount of your service to the card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS. All no call no shows will be banned. A no call no show is someone that confirmed their appointment and failed to show up and provide any notice.

PAYMENT
*I accept payment through Zelle, CashApp or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. You will need to pay a new deposit to reschedule. If you miss your appointment due to tardiness 50% of your service must be paid.
